A. We are open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T.

A: Yes

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept both Mastercard® and Visa®.

Q: How do you normally ship orders placed online?
A: A: We ship within the continental United States via both UPS and USPS.

Q: Are all web orders automatically insured?
A: No. Orders shipped via UPS are insured up to a value of $100.00. If your order exceeds that amount, and you wish your shipment to be fully insured, please let us know. Orders shipped via USPS are not insured. If you would like insurance on USPS shipments or full insurance on UPS shipments exceeding $100.00, let us know in the Special Notes box located at the bottom of the
Check Out page.

Q: Do you charge a shipping and handling fee?
A: Yes, shipping charges include a $0.75 fee (per total order, not per item) to cover costs of packaging and a portion of the handling expense. We feel that is is better to assess a small shipping and handling fee than to raise prices. We hope that you agree.

Q: Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
A: Yes, in most cases. However, our shopping cart is unable to process orders from outside the U.S. at this time. We recommend that International orders be placed by fax or email.
